If you read through our previous blogs, you will know the different career drives that were conducted by Creometric and Ninestack in various colleges around the state.
The results of these career drives were seen on 17/03/2018.
The shortlisted students from these colleges were called to attend a screening interview.
The companies organised a one day’s program for these students. The students were taken on a company tour and were introduced to the associates, the company workflow, and the culture.
The work we do was explained in detail. Some of the students had queries, which were cleared by the company associates.
Post lunch, the students were provided with a short training in the field they were enthusiastic about and had a keen eye for. They listened with much interest and focus. After the training, a small test was assigned to them to assess their skills.
All the students successfully completed the assigned tasks. They were very happy to have had the opportunity to experience the company culture, its workflow and interact with the people working there.
The students were highly motivated to join a company that doesn’t make work seem boring.
Ninestack organised some games and activities at the end of the day. The students were thankful to the management.
