The C# Corner Annual Conference 2018 was a three-day annual event held at the Leela Ambience Convention, Delhi. The conference was mostly for software professionals and developers.
Sagar Dixit, a UI/UX Developer, at Ninestack attended this conference. He was the only attendee from Goa.
Here is a brief of the experience he shared with us.
The conference covered major technology topics like C# Corner Achievements and Future Plans, Era of AI and Machine Learning, Building your IoT Home Automation System with Azure App Service, Building Native Mobile Apps using JavaScript and React, Using GraphQL with Node.js and many more alike. Apart from tech topics, speakers also addressed topics related to work culture, ethics and self-development, topics like How To Be Fearless In Any Interview, How to Become Employable, How to Become Successful were covered.
The speakers that addressed the gathering were – Mads Torgersen – Principal Program Manager at Microsoft, Lead Designer of C#, International Speaker, Mahesh Chand – Founder C# Corner, CEO Mindcracker, Microsoft Regional Director, Startup Adviser, Magnus Mårtensson -Microsoft Regional Director, Azure MVP, CEO Loftysoft and many others.
When asked how he personally benefited from the entire conference, this is what he had to say,
“The experience was very new and amazing to me as it was my first developer conference. Also, I was a bit nervous since I was the only one from Goa.
My main motive to attend this conference was to self-access myself – to know where I stand with respect to all the IT knowledge I harbor, how people from various backgrounds think about technology, what is their approach towards coding and problem-solving. I definitely carried a sack full of knowledge from there. I also learned a lot about the upcoming technologies that are going to create a wave in the future of the tech world. The conference helped me widen my network and make friends with like-minded people and industry peers. Besides, all the tech stuff, I got to learn about personality development and career building. I must say, everyone who is in the software field should make it a point to attend this event. I am glad I did it!”
Surely, such events give us the chance to listen and understand different viewpoints on various topics and also gets our creativity tickling on building new ideas and trends.
Have you attended a conference like this? We would love to hear your experience.
