On the eve of Children’s Day, we at Nordic Intent organised something super special this year by welcoming children from the National Association for the Blind – Goa to our campus.
What did we do to celebrate Children’s Day?
The event brought together all the companies on campus who gathered together to put on a fabulous show for the kids with everything from singalongs, dancing, story-telling, and Hoola hoops to (and this goes without question) chocolates, cupcakes and other delicious treats that makes every kid – even the kids in us adults – smile.
With the help of faculty members from the organisation, these visually impaired children came all the way to our campus for an afternoon of smiles and laughter that lit up the faces of the guests and hosts alike.
We were also graced by the presence of the North Goa Pradesh Congress Committee President, Vijay Bhike who visited the children and participated in the event.
It’s not every day that we as adults can let ourselves bring out our inner children, and it’s definitely not every day that we have an opportunity to can light up the lives of the less fortunate around us.
For this, we are extremely grateful to all our enthusiastic employees, and most certainly, to our generous sponsors at Foxes Fiesta, Event Bazaar, and Dielle’s Cakes & Chocolates.
