Approximately two weeks ago, Creometric held their first CreoTive session for the new year which was a writing workshop by Mark Rocha, one of our newest content curators. The first thing that grabs your attention when looking at Mark is his impressive mohawk hairstyle. He has a degree in Mass Communication from St. Xavier’s College in Mapusa and has previously worked in the media and hotel industries. However, writing has always been his passion and it has now become a mainstay in his career.
Mark was kind enough to share some important insights into blogging with the Creometric team. These tips included knowing your audience, ensuring that you use the correct language depending on the kind of articles being written, checking trending topics and even learning how to use keywords. He supplemented this knowledge with resources that the team will be able to use to create compelling content.
The session ended with Mark offering team Creometric some great advice when it comes to blogging. He told the team to be creative no matter what the topic and to use facts when describing the object or person at hand.
It was an interesting and really helpful session on blogging and will certainly help the team in coming up with great content for all their clients.
