At Nordic Intent, we constantly aspire and work towards the empowerment of entrepreneurial minds and motivated individuals, and there is nothing that inspires us more than working towards the empowerment of the local students in Goa.
We have just signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with two engineering colleges, PCCE and SRIEIT, last week as part of the Inauguration of Centre of Excellence for Employability Enhancement (CEEE), and we are extremely excited about this development, especially since this is just the beginning.
One of the principal goals of the CEEE is to enhance the employability of engineering graduates by honing the job skills required for their successful placement in the industry. Since their vision aligns with one of our goals i.e. enabling students and graduates enter the various job industries through the enhancement of their skills, it was the perfect occasion to begin building relations with colleges in Goa.
The MoUs in question were signed with the objective of helping shape and boost the career prospects of students as well as faculty members of the respective institutes. To realise this end goal, Nordic Intent’s web design and development company Kodework, and our Software & Mobile App Development Studio NineStack will conduct training sessions for the faculty members in order to help keep them updated with the latest developments in the industry. In addition to this, our professional development firm Bootcamp will curate career guidance sessions for the students.
One of the biggest challenges being faced today by graduates is the gap between their knowledge and skills at the time of graduation, and the ever-changing demands of the job industry they aspire to be part of. What we at Nordic Intent aspire to do, is to help these students bridge that gap.
