As Nordic Intent expands, the senior management has been working on setting up a Performance Management system to monitor productivity within the organization. Over the past few months, they have come up with a comprehensive plan to ingrain this system as a major part of the company’s culture.
Additionally, the team has also done their research on getting in the expertise as well as technology that is necessary to make this system work. This process will also include assessing each employee’s performance to ensure that they are working in tandem with the organization’s goals.
Using customisable software, the management will be able to track productivity across all of Nordic Intent’s subsidiaries. This will then ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely fashion. Simultaneously, there will be training sessions for the management team to conduct appraisals, keeping the company’s vision in mind.
Appraisals will be conducted throughout the year. Once the team leads are instructed on how to go about conducting these, they will commence the process with their teams directly. Based on the results of each appraisal, bonuses and increments will be granted accordingly.
The Key Performance Indicators of this process are simple. Ideally, the organization will be looking at identifying employees that want to move up by taking on additional responsibilities as well as participating in value-added training programmes. Ultimately, the plan is to find leaders that will help the company grow to be among the biggest in Goa.
Over the last few years, performance management has changed due to the introduction of technology into the mix. Companies are using digital tools to measure performance, develop skills, and retain valued employees. It is a continuous process and one that has a major impact on any organization, ensuring that expectations are set and productivity is managed effectively.
Nordic Intent stands to gain a lot from implementing a proper Performance Management system. In addition, to keep productivity at an optimum level, it also serves to help the management learn what strategies work best with plans for expanding the organization.
