Running a business always requires teamwork, and teamwork always deserves appreciation. This being the underlying concept, Redbull organized a campaign and invited Nordic Intent and all the companies under it to enjoy a moment of appreciation. The program offered an opportunity for all employees to feel appreciated for their contributions towards the growth of the company.
Red Bull set up of two I-pad stations, each employee had to nominate colleagues, whose work they wanted to appreciate, who in turn received a printed certificate for it. These certificates symbolized gratitude towards the hard work and camaraderie within the team.
The stations offered a campaign message that employees could identify their colleagues with, along with badges and a can of Redbull.
All the office teams participated in the program with great enthusiasm and suggested the names of the colleagues they thought to be an MVP, resulting in every member’s work’s appreciation.
There was a great flow of energy and positive vibes around the office. Every employee, from various companies under the Nordic Intent umbrella, were filled with a feeling of importance and appreciation once they received the certificate with their names and titles. The MVP’s were given personalized titles (some were funny, and some serious), but it represented what the colleague had contributed towards building what has become Nordic Intent.
