Nordic Intent is constantly looking for ways to scale up on efficiency and we think we’ve found a software that’ll help us do exactly this. We had our HR department do an in-depth analysis on two different software, BambooHR and Zoho People geared towards easing the department’s functioning and improving their efficiency. These were their findings:
1) Cost based analysis
It was found that Zoho People scored over BambooHR here in terms of recruitment, since Zoho People has its own recruitment platform with which it integrates directly. This would eliminate the use of a separate platform that is currently being used for this purpose.
2) Priority List
A cross platform analysis was carried out and mentioned below, are the requirements according to priority (priority drops from top to bottom):

Based on the above mentioned analysis, it was concluded that Zoho People is more user-friendly than BambooHR and better suited to the Indian HR culture and standards.
