You don’t build a business. You build people and the people build your business.
There are many organisations that believe this quote is very important to a company’s success and Kodework is one of them.
On 16/03/2018, Nordic Intent decided to have an interactive and an upbuilding session for all their project managers, delivery managers, QA leads and team leads.
The training focused on how to structure projects, understand client requirements, data flow understanding, project documentation and working with dependency charts. The training also lined-out certain guidelines that need to be followed which can make these tasks fun, simpler and effective.
Part of the training focused on coding skills, with an emphasis on why one should reduce the amount of time taken to code and focus more on increasing efficiency of the product.
The session ended with encouraging all the leads to be solution-focused, to take responsibility and display positive energy within the teams. After this, there was a Q&A session, which cleared a lot of doubts and queries the project leads had in mind.
Although we read a myriad of quotes and sayings about the advantages of possessing a positive work attitude, the insights received through this session gave further insights on how these quotes and sayings can be implemented and practiced in every person’s day-to-day work.
The training session surely was fruitful, as everyone left the room feeling more energized, empowered and positive.
We believe that every organisation, no matter small or big, must conduct such training sessions on regular bases.
Such training helps team leads build positivity and enthusiasm within their teams, thereby proving to be an asset to the organisation.
