Titos Goa, one of the oldest nightclub brands in the state located in Baga, North Goa, had an interesting second half of 2018. From sales being down in August to things looking up by December, it was quite a rollercoaster ride for the Titos Goa brand. In order to make this happen, Titos Goa’s management engaged the team from Creometric, Nordic Intent’s digital marketing agency to handle all their digital marketing and social media marketing needs and also increase ticket sales at their clubs.
Creometric analyzed all the data at their disposal and came up with a detailed strategy for putting the Tito’s Goa brand in the spotlight.
In the first two months, the work that Creometric did with Google Ads faced some challenges but once they attempted split testing and optimized them based on relevance score and ad response, these ads began doing well and there was a rapid increase in traffic.
Creometric also took control of and revamped the Titos Goa group’s website in August 2018 to give users a better experience. Through Search Engine Optimization, the website soon showed up on the first page of Google.
Referral traffic also increased due to Creometric working on off page SEO activities. When Creometric built high DA backlinks, these began to generate referral traffic which soon resulted in a lot of conversions through the same.
Additionally, Creometric also handled Titos Goa’s Social Media Marketing and set up call center support using Interactive Voice Response(IVR). This was divided into three departments – one dealing with general information on all of Tito’s events, the second department handling ticket sales and the third one dealing with group bookings. Besides this, they even activated travel agents across the country to do ticket sales for Titos Goa.
Owing to this well-executed campaign, Titos Goa’s revenue increased by more than 2000% in approximately 5 months. New Year’s Eve alone saw the club doing an extremely high percentage of ticket sales through the call center and SEO activities.
It was a real milestone that Creometric achieved for Titos Goa in such a short amount of time.
